1. بياناتك الصحية تبقى على جهازك
الطول والوزن والعمر والجنس ومستوى النشاط ووزنك المستهدف وسجلّ أوزانك: تُحفظ داخل التطبيق على جهازك وحده. لا تُرسَل إلى أي خادم، ولا تُشارك مع أي جهة، ولا تُستخدم للإعلانات، ولا تُنسخ احتياطياً إلى السحابة. وعند نقل بياناتك إلى هاتف جديد عبر ميزة النقل المباشر في أندرويد، تنتقل معك من هاتفك إلى هاتفك مباشرة.
2. ما لا نجمعه
لا يجمع التطبيق اسمك، ولا بريدك، ولا رقم هاتفك، ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا موقعك، ولا صورك، ولا يطلب أي صلاحية من هذه الصلاحيات. ولا يحتاج إلى حساب أو تسجيل.
3. الإعلانات
- يعرض التطبيق إعلانات من Google AdMob لتغطية تكاليف تطويره. قد تستخدم Google معرّف الإعلانات في جهازك وبيانات الاستخدام لعرض الإعلانات وقياسها، ولا تصل بياناتك الصحية إلى AdMob إطلاقاً. كيف تستخدم Google البيانات.
- يمكنك إعادة ضبط معرّف الإعلانات أو حذفه أو إيقاف تخصيص الإعلانات من: إعدادات الجهاز ← Google ← الإعلانات.
- إن كنت في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية أو المملكة المتحدة أو سويسرا، تظهر لك عند أول تشغيل نافذة تطلب موافقتك على الإعلانات المخصّصة، ويمكنك تغيير اختيارك في أي وقت من زرّ «خيارات خصوصية الإعلانات» في صفحة الخصوصية داخل التطبيق.
4. المشاركة
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة. وحين تشارك بطاقة تقدّمك، تتم المشاركة عبر قائمة المشاركة في أندرويد إلى التطبيق الذي تختاره أنت، وتحتوي البطاقة فقط على ما تراه فيها قبل المشاركة. ويجلب التطبيق أحياناً قائمة بتطبيقاتنا الأخرى من موقعنا على Firebase Hosting، دون إرسال أي بيانات عنك.
5. حذف بياناتك
يمكنك حذف كل بياناتك في أي وقت من: الإعدادات ← حذف كل البيانات. وحذف التطبيق يمحوها نهائياً من جهازك. لا توجد لدينا أي نسخة منها.
6. طبيعة المعلومات الصحية
الحسابات في التطبيق (مؤشر كتلة الجسم والوزن المثالي والسعرات) تقديرات مبنية على معادلات علمية منشورة، وهي للتوعية العامة فقط. لا تُعدّ تشخيصاً ولا تغني عن استشارة الطبيب أو أخصائي التغذية.
7. الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع عن عمد أي بيانات منهم. ولا يعرض التطبيق تصنيف كتلة الجسم لمن هم دون 18 عاماً، لأن تصنيفات البالغين لا تنطبق عليهم.
8. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيير ميزات التطبيق، وننشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث.

1. Your health data stays on your device
Height, weight, age, sex, activity level, target weight and weight history are stored on your device only. They are never sent to a server, shared with anyone, used for ads, or backed up to the cloud. When you move to a new phone using Android's direct device-to-device transfer, they move with you directly.
2. What we do not collect
The app does not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, location or photos, and does not request any of these permissions. No account or sign-up is needed.
3. Ads
- The app shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may use your device's advertising ID and usage data to serve and measure ads; your health data is never shared with AdMob. How Google uses data.
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in Settings → Google → Ads.
- Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent to personalized ads on first launch and can change it anytime from the "Ad privacy options" button on the in-app privacy page.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or share your data. When you share a progress card, it goes through Android's share menu to the app you choose, and contains only what you see on it. The app occasionally downloads a list of our other apps from our Firebase Hosting site, without sending any data about you.
5. Deleting your data
You can delete all your data anytime from Settings → Delete all data. Uninstalling the app erases it permanently. We keep no copy.
6. Health information
BMI, ideal weight and calorie results are estimates based on published scientific formulas, for general awareness only. They are not a diagnosis and do not replace advice from a doctor or dietitian.
7. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. BMI categories are not shown for users under 18, since adult categories do not apply to them.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when the app changes, and will post the new version on this page with its date.
